Please note: Catherine is currently only providing online services. She is available on Fridays with limited availability after hours on weekdays and weekends.

Catherine adopts a warm, empathic and collaborative approach to therapy. She loves working with a diverse range of clients including both adults and adolescents and has experience treating a number of issues including:

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Anxiety conditions (generalised anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder)

  • Substance use issues

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Adjustment issues

  • Grief/loss

  • School and workplace stress

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Body image issues

  • Low self-esteem

  • Chronic health issues

Catherine believes in using a holistic approach to therapy. She works with clients to build a shared understanding of the main issues and works collaboratively towards meaningful change. Catherine is committed to using evidence-based treatment. Catherine’s approach to therapy draws upon Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and psychodynamic approaches.

Catherine provides services through private fees, with Medicare rebates available with a Mental Health Care Plan referral from a GP or Psychiatrist.
